  • When we have provided you with a Hypnotherapy service (whether at an in- person or online appointment), we keep your information provided by you during our hypnotherapy sessions for seven years after your treatment, as this is required by our professional liability insurers and in line with our professional association.

  • Children: When collecting information from minors under the age of 16, prior consent must be provided in writing by their parent or guardian in order for us to process their data lawfully.
